The two most important pillars of any Rotary Club are fellowship and service. Rotary Fellowships are independent groups of Rotarians, their family, and alumni who share a common passion. Being part of a fellowship is a fun way to make friends from around the world.
In Hong Kong, people live life on a fast lane where time is a precious commodity, Club Fellowship could just mean a group of Rotarians & families, sitting down for dinner together, perhaps doing some recreational activities, enjoying some entertainment and each other’s company, enhancing friendship among fellow members… Simply doing what families do.
Global and district fellowship activities vary widely. Members come together around hobbies or interests such as golfing, skiing or singing, or vocations such as bankers, lawyers or doctors. Some groups are purely social while others use their fellowship for service projects.
